Today, January 11, 2025, is the day when our Company, the Azerbaijan-Turkey “Azfen” Joint Venture, jointly established by the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan and “Tekfen Construction and Installations” of the Republic of Turkey, was registered in the register of joint ventures established in the Republic of Azerbaijan (Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Certificate No. 04/6-25, January 11, 1996, Registration No. 1006).
The Joint Venture was established within the framework of the “Contract of the Century” with the aim of carrying out all types of construction, facility, manufacturing, research, transportation, supply, engineering, project management, etc. related activities in the oil and gas industry in connection with SOCAR and AIOC on a commercial basis.
Our enterprise, which was registered on January 11, 1996, and started operating on June 3 of the same year, has become one of the flagships of economic entities that have made special contributions to the development of the country's national economy over the past years, especially in the construction and installation, construction and engineering sectors.
The 29-year history of Azfen LLC is based not only on the successful implementation of projects in the oil and gas industry, but also on national-moral values, innovations and strong partnership relations established with our customers. Each of our achievements is written with the dedication of our professional team members and the trust and confidence of our partners in us.
