Application

First, the citizen finds the position that best suits his knowledge, skills and experience from the vacancies section, i-fills the appropriate form with the apply button or ii-sends his CV either by email or directly uploading the CV to our human resources department.

Inspection

At the next stage, the compatibility of the experience and skills of the citizen with the requirements of the applied vacancy is checked by the human resources staff and the candidates who have the required qualities are invited to a one or two-step test stage depending on the applied vacancy. Depending on the type of vacancy applied for, the general knowledge, skills and competences of the citizen in the relevant field are evaluated in the next stage.

Interview

Candidates who have successfully completed the test stage are invited to a two-step interview process conducted at the main workplace. First, an interview is conducted with human resources specialists, and at the next stage, according to the vacancy applied for by the candidate, an interview is conducted with the specialists of the relevant department.

Answer

All candidates who apply, whether they are eligible or not, whether they pass the test stage or not, whether they are hired at the final stage or not, are informed about this.
