Today, January 11, 2025, is the day when our Company, the Azerbaijan-Turkey “Azfen” Joint Venture, jointly established by the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan and “Tekfen Construction and Installations” of the Republic of Turkey, was registered in the register of joint ventures established in the Republic of Azerbaijan (Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Certificate No. 04/6-25, January 11, 1996, Registration No. 1006).

SOCAR’s “Green Bonds” Commence Trading on the Baku Stock Exchange

On March 7, 2025, a formal event was held at “SOCAR Tower” to mark the commencement of trading of SOCAR’s “Green Bonds” on the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE). The event was attended by the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Chairman of SOCAR’s Supervisory Board, Mikayil Jabbarov, SOCAR President Rovshan Najaf, as well as executives from BSE, MDM, banks, insurance, and investment companies, along with representatives from the academic community.
