Azfen Employees Responded Promptly to the Incident
On November 6, 2024, at approximately 12:03 PM, during major repair works at the Heydar Aliyev Oil Refinery (NEZ), employees of Azfen demonstrated professionalism and dedication in response to an incident.
During the cleaning process at column K-201 of unit 55 in production area No. 5, employees of the subcontractor company "LTF" – Qorkhmaz Mustafayev and Vusal Rustamov – felt unwell. In accordance with the protocol, Azfen emergency medical brigade and "MediClub" were immediately dispatched to the scene.
Azfen employees, together with refinery workers, carried out prompt rescue measures, provided first aid to the victims, and ensured their safe transportation to medical facilities. As a result, Qorkhmaz Mustafayev was handed over to Ambulance Brigade No. 103 and taken to the Toxicology Center, while Vüsal Rüstəmov was evacuated to Neftchilar Hospital by Azfen emergency medical brigade.
