Azfen LLC was founded in January, 1996 and is a company executing international, nationally significant projects as well as carrying out construction of platforms, pipelines, terminals and etc., for oil and gas projects.

Goal

Goal of Azfen LLC is successfully to take part in international projects which is of great importance for oil and gas industry of our country, achieve high performance for each project, win the next global tender and take part in construction of new large-scale, sophisticated technology facilities to which our company successfully reached during more than 20 years of its activity.

 

High-Quality Work

Azfen LLC is committed to execute all nationally significant projects it participates at a specified time and in accordance with the requirements of high international standards, to achieve high professional level of its employed personnel, improvement of qualification of our personnel conducting trainings in and outside the country,

acquiring scientific and technical achievements by engineering personnel, compliance with labor discipline requirements, adherence to safety rules by personnel, building high level labor relationships relevant to low and moral values with personnel and to take care of their safety and health.

 
 

Competency, Assurance and Recruitment

Recruitment of personnel is carried out strictly adhering to “Competency Assurance” and “Recruitment” procedures. For this purpose, firstly, personnel manning level and profession requirements specified by planning are evaluated and work team (candidates) meeting these requirements are determined from our openly and democratically collected CV Database (both from “Employment Office” boxes located out of the territory, and from CVs entering into the related web page) and invited to the interviews with participation of appropriate specialists, and approved candidates are then sent to written and practical tests.

According to the rules the candidates who pass the tests are registered and invited to “recruitment” to the extent of their requirements. All these processes (interviews, recruitment process) are carried out collectively.

All the candidates take part in this process in public.

During the projects carried out by Azfen LLC, provision of health and safe working condition is taken as a first priority.

Since a human factor is the most important aspect in activity of Azfen LLC, our company first of all, attaches significance to the establishment of health and safe working condition for our personnel rather than qualitative and timely performance of works.
