Since its establishment in 1996, AZFEN LLC has signed great works and projects in the development of the oil industry. Even today, AZFEN Joint Venture implements successful and multifaceted projects for the development of the oil industry. From the day AZFEN Joint Venture was established, the Garage Operating Area, which is the transport arm of the enterprise, has been operating until today.

In the early days, there were 5-6 passenger cars and some equipment in the Garage Operation Area, but now there are 147 passenger cars, 35 trucks, 28 mechanisms and hundreds of equipment in the balance of the enterprise. Today, the Garage Area provides regular maintenance and repair services for those machines, mechanisms and equipment. Collectively, they are doing great work with a staff of only 34 people.

Today, the Garage area consists of 7 engineers, 1 technician and 26 service personnel (2 housekeepers, 1 laborer, 13 drivers, 10 repairmen). Two repair shops operate here. One of them is a car repair shop and the second is a truck repair shop. Those repair shops serve to repair machines, mechanisms and equipment working in the projects of the enterprise.

10 employees working here (locksmiths, welders, engine engineers and other professionals) are engaged in timely repair and servicing of vehicles working in the projects of the enterprise. In addition, there is an office building, a canteen and other auxiliary facilities in the area of ​​the Garage Operation Area. Even today, this small team is at the forefront of all projects implemented by AZFEN B.M. with its successful work and efficient activities.

Production area of ​​AZFEN LLC

The production area of ​​AZFEN LLC has been operating since 1997.

The Bayil production area of ​​AZFEN LLC is located in a very favorable position from the point of view of ensuring effective logistics of cargo, goods, equipment, as well as employees. The production site is located 5-6 km from the AZFEN Central Office, 35-40 km from the international airport, and 12 km from the Lokbatan railway station.

During the period of its initial activity, in 1997, the production area was operating on an area of ​​24 ha, but now its total area is more than 47 ha. It is one of the largest production areas in the region. In the Bayil production area, a sliding road with a carrying capacity of 25,000 tons, which allows the construction of 2 platforms at the same time, 4 metal structures, 2 pipes and 3 sandblasting and painting workshops, warehouses, permanent canteens and changing buildings, to receive cargo from the sea it houses a loading and unloading area, rest areas, a medical center and fully equipped training and permanent office buildings. In addition to providing a wide range of manufacturing services, AZFEN LLC's manufacturing facility has the capacity to design and manufacture 20,000 tons of complex metal and pipe structures per year.

Available production shops

The production area of ​​AZFEN LLC is a unique area that builds superstructures for offshore platforms equipped with the most modern equipment. So, in parallel, it is possible to build superstructures for two marine platforms with a total weight of up to 30,000 tons.
