Our Quality Policy in Line with Our Purpose

Our goal is to understand the expectations of our customers, provide products and services that comply with specifications, standards, industry regulations, and legislation, and maintain the satisfaction of customers and other stakeholders.

To achieve this goal, as Top Management, we consider it our duty to adhere to the following principles:

 
 
 
  • Ensure the establishment of quality objectives for the Quality Management System (QMS) and align these objectives with AZFEN's quality policy, context, and strategic direction
  • Deliver our products and services on time and professionally, ensuring that the requirements of all stakeholders are clearly understood
  • Ensure the processes for delivering products and services are defined, resourced, documented, monitored, and measured
  • Continuously improve the QMS by identifying and utilizing risks and opportunities that may affect the conformity of products and services
  • Ensure that all AZFEN employees are competent in education, training, and experience for their respective work areas
  • Build cooperation with suppliers and stakeholders to provide improved products and services
  • Monitor and analyze the continuous improvement and effectiveness of the Quality Management System's implementation.
 

Our Quality Objectives are to minimize customer complaints, rework, and repairs, as well as to reduce costs by increasing productivity and sharing these benefits with our customers and other stakeholders.
