The scope of the contract for this project includes the execution of all construction works related to the modernization and reconstruction project of the Heydar Aliyev Oil Refinery (HAOR) located in Baku (Azerbaijan), owned by the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOCAR).
The scope of work in the contract included all operations necessary for the execution of all EMEI works (Early Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation Works) and all services required for the execution and completion of the work items listed below and divided by scope of activity.
The work elements to be performed included:
• Mechanical works
• Electrical and Instrumentation;
• Tie-ins (including welding of pipes, installation of valves, supports, etc.);
• Provision of temporary facilities/equipment for EPCM/contractor.
